Directorate: Development Finance Coordination
SALARY : R 152 862 per annum

REQUIREMENTS Applicants must be in possession of Grade 12 Certificate/ NQF
level 4
and Office Administrative experience. Knowledge in respect of applicable HRM policies, legislation,
delegations, strategies and knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury
Regulations and the Departmental Financial Instruction (DFI). Good knowledge of general clerical
support service. Good communication skills (verbal and writing). Good interpersonal, planning,
analytical, and report writing skills. Must be computer literate in MS Office software.
DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for rendering
general clerical
support services with regard to record keeping and capture and retrieve correspondence. Handle
routine enquiries, make photo copies and receive or send facsimiles, distribute documents, keep
and maintain filling system, record keeping and documents management. Obtain quotations, complete
procurement forms for the purchasing of standard office item. Keep and maintain assets register and
administer the movement of assets and disposal of assets. Manage and control the maintenance of
vehicle and coordinate and control the utilization of government vehicles (departmental and
subsidized). Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to procurement of goods and
services. Provide financial administration support and assist with budget and finance. Book travel
accommodation for the directorate and check and verify the correctness of S&T claims, cell phone
and 3G claims.
