Sales Administrator

– Randfontein, Gauteng
This role will be primarily focused on ensuring the accurate and smooth processing of sales from enquiry through to official order confirmation. The following administration functions will be required:

  • Capturing, processing and following through of customer orders on Accpac ERP
  • Preparing quotations and pro-invoices
  • Dealing with walk-in customers, including new and existing customers
  • Become familiar with all market segments – play backup function to other Sales Administrators
  • Managing sales administration for various regional agents
  • Manage customer queries, direct enquiries to the appropriate person
  • Deal with customer complaints – follow through to resolution of complaint
  • Competence in Customer Relations Management

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years’ work experience in at least 2 of the job spheres below:

o Sales Administration
o Marketing
o Customer Liaison
o Project planning and execution
o Reception/Customer Relations

  • Matric and preferably with a recognised qualification in sales or marketing
  • A good understanding and use of English
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly grasp in-house systems
  • Excellent telephonic skills
  • Need to be comfortable in dealing with difficult customers
  • Good problem solving ability
