Job Description:


Live the company policy and demand compliance with such:
Prepare targets and implement them
Educate new employees (training, work safety)
Support active communication
Actively manage conflict
Comply with the law and regulations
Optimize expenses
Product and service realization (Responsibilities)
Be the face of Company (professional, presentable and friendly)
Ensure that visitors are attended to in a friendly manner and are welcomed with a refreshment
Keep sign-in register up to date
Ensure that the reception area is always in a neat and tidy manner
Manage the switchboard (screen calls before hand)
Take and forward messages
Send, receive and distribute post
Assist employees with administrative tasks
Keep contact list up to date
Handle confidential information
Report faulty printers to relevant company
Assist in reporting faulty telephone system
Identify improvement potentials and implement them;
Adhere to disciplinary code as per Company policy and procedures
Professional competence

Salary: R 13,500 pm + Benefits
