Top Financial Services Client in Bryanston Seeks well-spoken Graduates (EE/AA or non EE/AA) to join their dynamic company within their elite sales call centre team. Graduates interested in starting their careers in the financial services sector – with the potential to grow, should apply.  Basic salary plus good commissions (approx R8000 – R13 000 per month) – excellent career path with the brand. Candidate Requirements

  • You would be required to sell their dynamic products telephonically using leads generated by their leads team.
  • You would be required to analyse data daily in order to assess and follow through on potential sales opportunities
  • You would need to be a highly motivated individual in order to reach your targets and exceed them in order to earn more commission.

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • You must have a completed Degree plus Matric.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English.
  • You must be computer literate
  • The Queen’s English
  • No call centre background
  • Credit, criminal and educational checks will be conducted and must be clear/confirmed.

This is a contract position till 31 December 2017

CONTRACT POSITION

Qualifications & Experience Required

·         Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma (NQF6) qualification in Public Administration, Business Administrator

·         Postgraduate degree will be an advantage.

·         5 years’ relevant experience, Extensive experience within a public entity/corporate environment,

·         Good knowledge of work of Government cycle and relevant legislation and policies,

·         Knowledge of Internal Control systems,

·         Knowledge of the King III Report and the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 and Treasury Regulations

·         Good report writing skills

·         Advanced computer skills

·         High commitment levels and ability to adherence to due dates

·         Willingness to travel and work irregular hours

 

 

Duties (but not limited to):

·         Development of frameworks and guidelines on strategic planning matters.

·         Coordination of the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan

·         Coordination of the development of the Unit’s Business Plan.

·         Facilitate the development of the situational analysis of the Unit.

·         Information for Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Estimates for National Expenditure (ENE).

·         Presentation to the Accounting Officer, Audit Committee and other forums.

·         Facilitate the development of a feasible strategy responding to broader government national policy priorities requirements.

·         Conducts annual and ongoing environmental scan updates. Analyzes and interprets a variety of information, identifies trends, and makes recommendations
