CALL CENTRE AGENTS
Will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
- Answer courteously inbound calls and Respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.
Have grade 12 or equivalent with good communication and negotiation abilities with good command of English language and at least two other local South African Languages No experience required but must be eager to learn new things quickly and are trainable.
