Our client is searching for a Personal Assistant who will be based at their Midrand offices

The ideal candidate would be one who demonstrates high attention to detail Duties and Responsibilities

Personal errands on occasion

Admin for bookkeeping including implementing figures to MS Excel scanning & filing invoices Letters on MS Word Diary Management Assisting other Directors where necessary Filing electronically & hard copy

This is a very important function as filing system is quite critical Communicating with Suppliers Assisting with Petty Cash forms in MS Excel Ad hoc assistance

Must have above average experience on MS Word and MS Excel

Must have strong eye for detail and demonstrate an error free work ethic

Good attitude essential Someone who does not mind being in an office with few people or none at any given time
