The minimum requirements are:

– Billingual (English and Afrikaans)
– Good Telephone Etiquette
– Drivers Licence
– Own transport
– 2-3 Years admin experience
Duties will include:
– Stock Control
– Payment Requisitions
– Loading Vehicles on ADAS
– Opening Files for Vehicles
– Overseeing Licence & Registration
– Controlling of Spare keys, servic books, trade plates etc
– Invoicing

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Checking of petty cash
- Vehicle invoicing
- Back up for orders and posting
- Assisting customers with queries and questions
- Making bookings for clients
- Problem solving
- Ensuring all admin and paperwork is up to date

Database development & maintenance.
Telesales to secure appointments for administrator.
Assisting administrator with any other administrative duties required in the office.
Sales experience in the hospitality industry preferable.
Must be able to communicate fluently in Afrikaans and English – verbal and written.
Excellent computer literacy and telephone etiquette essential.
Proactive, confident and with a positive “can-do” attitude.
