Job Description A vacancy exists for an Admin Clerk who will be based at our Depot in Mabopane. The position will report to the Depot Manager.The successful incumbent will be responsible for administrative work at the Depot.
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with Maths
Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
Minimum 2-3 years administration
Verbal and written communication skills
Deadline driven and can work under pressure
Ability to work effectively in a team
Computer skills (Microsoft Package, Outlook)
Syspro knowledge
SAP Knowledge
Attention to detail
Good numerical skills
Ability to take, understand and execute instructions
Duties & Responsibilities Daily reporting on Sales
Daily tracking and reporting of vehicle utilisation
Checking, balancing and reporting on Driver shorts
Daily recons of Drivers and Cashiers
